Chocolate Oat Bran Pudding (Porridge) - creamy and delicious, packed with fiber, refined sugar and gluten free. Made with coconut or nut milk, oat bran, hemp hearts (optional) and dark chocolate.

Chocolate Oat Bran Dessert




– 1/2-1 cup coconut milk — not from a can or almond milk – 1/2 cup oat bran – 1 tsp hemp hearts – 50 grams dark chocolate — at least 70 % cocoa – Fresh berries for topping – Optional - sweetener of your choice

Step 1

In a saucepan, over medium-high heat combine the milk and oat bran.Stir frequently, let them cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn the heat off and add the chocolate. Stir to combine. Add in the hemp hearts and stir to incorporate. Add sweetener (optional).

Step 2

Divide between 2 bowls, then top with berries.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
