INGREDIENTS

– 1 bunch Basil – 150 grams baby mozzarella / bocconcini – 300 gr cherry tomatoes – 1 cup baby spinach — optional – 3 tbsp olive oil – 1 tbsp chopped basil – 1/4 tsp salt — or more to taste – 1/8 tsp black pepper — optional – 1/4 tsp dried oregano – 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes – Optional: Balsamic glaze or Balsamic vinegar

Step 1

On a small bowl combine the olive oil, chopped basil, salt, pepper, oregano and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Step 2

Place the spinach to the rim of a large white plate. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Garnish with basil.

Step 3

Drizzle the olive oil mixture on top. Serve or refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
