– 2 tbsp Chia seeds – 1/2 to 2/3 cup Almond milk — any nut milk – Pinch of salt – 1 tbsp or more to taste Sweetener - Honey, sugar or Maple syrup – 1/4 tsp vanilla extract — optional

Step 1

In a glass Mason jar, stir together the ingredients. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes and stir again. Close the lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 2

Top with fruit and enjoy.
