– 2 tbsp Chia seeds – ▢1/2 to 2/3 cup Almond milk, any nut milk – ▢Pinch of salt – ▢1 tbsp or more to taste Sweetener - Honey, sugar or Maple syrup – ▢1/4 tsp vanilla extract, optional

Step 1

In a glass Mason jar, stir together the ingredients. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes and stir again. Close the lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with fruit and enjoy.
