Baked Caprese  Chicken Thighs




– Chicken thighs – Salt and black pepper – Garlic powder – Italian seasoning – Fresh mozzarella – Cherry tomatoes – Balsamic vinegar – Fresh basil leaves

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Season chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Step 2

Arrange chicken thighs in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 3

Remove the baking dish from the oven and top each chicken thigh with a slice of fresh mozzarella and a few cherry tomatoes.
