Avocado Tuna Cucumber Salad

2 large cucumbers 1 large avocado 8 oz canned tuna in olive oil 1/4 red onion 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional) 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 2-3 tbsp olive oil

Step 1

Salad: In a large bowl combine the cucumbers, avocado, dill and flaked fish.

Step 2

Dressing:  You can combine the salt, pepper, lemon juice (vinegar), olive oil and oregano in a bowl. Drizzle over the salad, then toss to combine.
