INGREDIENTS

SALAD: – ▢2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped into bite sized pieces – ▢1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped into small pieces – ▢8 oz canned tuna in olive oil – ▢1/4 red onion, chopped – ▢1-2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, optional DRESSING: – ▢1/4 tsp salt or more to taste – ▢1/8 tsp ground black pepper – ▢2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, more or less to taste – ▢2-3 tbsp olive oil – ▢Optional: pinch of dried oregano

Step 1

SALAD: – In a large bowl combine the cucumbers, avocado, dill and flaked fish.

Step 2

DRESSING: You can combine the salt, pepper, lemon juice (vinegar), olive oil and oregano in a bowl. Drizzle over the salad, then toss to combine.
