–– 3 4 oz/120 grams Boneless skinless chicken breasts or pre cut chicken tenders (about 12 oz total) – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1 cup flour — or cornstarch – 1/2 tsp talian seasoning — optional – 2 eggs + 1 tbsp milk – 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs — regular, seasoned or Panko – cooking spray
Cut each chicken breast into 4-5 strips vertically (they will be about 1/2 inch wide).Or use pre cut chicken tenders from the store.
