Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Bowl – easy to make for a quick nutritious and delicious breakfast/snack.matcha-green-tea-smoothie-bowl-breakfast

Packed with superfoods like fresh strawberries, bananas, spinach and topped with shredded coconut, cacao nibs and chia seeds this matcha green tea smoothie bowl is light, fresh and delicious.

Unlike smoothies, every time I make a smoothie bowl, I feel like I’m eating a meal. The fact that I eat it with a spoon makes me feel pretty full. And I also eat is slowly, unlike a smoothie, which is gone in a minute.

There is nothing better than a little kick of caffeine in the morning and this smoothie bowl is perfect!

And it is green, Hello St Patrick’s Day!

Smoothie bowls aren’t new to anyone, but I felt like they needed some love. And to be honest, I don’t make them as often as I’d like.

This smoothie bowl only takes a few minutes to make and will be nice for a healthy fancy breakfast.

Most of the ingredients I used, I usually use in one of my favorite breakfast smoothies, but the consistency is a little thicker, so you can eat it with a spoon.

I recently got to try this Matcha Green Tea Powder, which was sent to me for a review, with no obligation to post about is. I did like the taste and quality of it. It was not too bitter, which is fine with me. High in antioxidants, boosts energy and stimulates metabolism. It is great for tea, smoothies, lattes and even baking.
