Hi guys!
I’m not sharing a recipe with you today, but I’d like to share my recent experience with the new LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE LIMITED EDITION MEALS.
I’ll be a new mom (first time) in a few weeks and I’m very excited about it!
We’ve tried to get everything ready for the big event, so I can have the last 3-4 weeks for myself, to relax and enjoy these last moments before the baby.
As much as I’m excited, I’ve been stressing out over something… Frozen meals!
I’ll have help for the first weeks after the baby is born, but I am worried that after everyone goes back to work, there will be days when I’ll have no time to cook. Especially at the beginning, when we haven’t established our schedule yet. I’ll probably try to make dinner for my husband, but I need to ensure my lunch, too!
I’ve seen so many people prepare extra food and then freeze the leftovers for those days. I haven’t done that and honestly I don’t know if I feel like doing it.
That’s why on my recent trip to Walmart, I decided to check the “Frozen Meals” section and pick some meals.
I immediately noticed the new LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE meals in the “Healthy Entrees” frozen section at Walmart.
They come in four different varieties: LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Cheese & Fire-Roasted Chile Tamale, LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Thai – Style Ginger Beef, LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Chicken Tikka Masala and LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Southwest – Style Potato Bake. Lean Cuisine offers a delicious collection of entrees to feed all of your different food moods. I was impressed with the new flavors offered and got one of each to try them.
Made with no-GMO ingredients, they offer organic ingredient, protein-packed and gluten-free options and amazing flavor.
These frozen entrees were exactly what I was looking for. I’d like to stock my freezer with LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE MEALS, that feature on-trend flavors with modern health and wellness benefits.
I made the CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Thai – Style Ginger Beef to try first. It only took 5 minutes in the microwave on high to cook it thoroughly. The meal has 17 grams of protein and is made with gluten-free options.
I’m glad that with the variety of LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE meals, so I can have a quick and easy to prepare restaurant grade lunch for those busy days that are about to come.
Do you ever buy frozen meals? What are your favorite ones? Which one from the LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE varieties would you choose?

I’ve been trying the Lean Cuisine Marketplace meals for lunch and I have to tell you the Mango Chicken & coconut rice had 2 pieces of chicken – THAT’S ALL – 2 pieces. I’m not impressed
Sorry I have not tried the Mango Chicken. You can definitely leave a review on their website with your concerns.
