Healthy No Bake Apple Pie Cheesecake In A Jar Recipe. Cinnamon (apple pie spice) topping. Quick to make, healthy and convenient.

While I love apples and buy them year round, fall is the time when apple recipes are trending. With the variety of fresh apples these days, I decided to make a Healthy No Bake Apple Pie Cheesecake In A Jar. I also did some baking, so stay tuned for the recipes. And aside from all the homemade desserts, I’ve been eating an apple a day!

This Healthy No Bake Apple Pie Cheesecake In A Jar is so simple to prepare but bursting with apple spice flavor. I cooked some chopped apple in coconut oil (butter can be used), sugar and apple pie spice. Don’t worry, if you don’t have apple pie spice, just plain old cinnamon will work, but the addition of cloves, nutmeg and ginger in apple pie spice is comforting and great for fall.

I also used some graham cracker crumbs, layering them between light no bake cheesecake filling, made with low fat cream cheese, thick Greek yogurt, agave nectar and apple pie spice. Yes, I used agave nectar in the filling, but brown sugar for the apples. You can use brown sugar in the filling, if you’d like. And here you have it, a healthy seasonal snack in a jar.
