White Wine Sangria

Hi everyone! Happy Friday!

It is August and I’m starting to worry!

I just noticed that early mornings and late evenings are staring to feel colder…

Summer is not over yet, there is more than a month left and lets also hope for a nice fall.

What worries me is that I have not posted all summer recipes I’ve planned to.

So trying to catch up, today I have another summer cocktail for your – white wine and Grand Marnier Sangria.

It is loaded with fresh fruits, tastes refreshing and takes minutes to make (but you have to chill it before serving).

I love cocktails and make a lot of them during summer.

Sangrias are perfect for summer parties, require minimal effort and look fun.

All you need is a bottle of your favorite white wine.

I like to use dry white wine, such as pinot grigio or  chardonnay, but make sure you stay away from the very oaky kinds of chardonnay.

You’ll also need orange liqueur and sparkling water such as Pellegrino or club soda.

I always use Grand Marnier, because of its wonderful distinctive orange flavor.

For the fruity part – I chose strawberries and blueberries.

Also peaches and kiwi.

Did I also mention pineapple?

This Grand Marnier Sangria is loaded with fruit!

Your guests will be upset when this drink is gone!

Enjoy your weekend!

There are a few more summer inspired recipes coming on my blog!
