For The Perfect “Me Moment” : Raspberry Yogurt Tiramisu Parfaits

Raspberry Yogurt Tiramisu Parfaits

No matter who you are – a full time employee, self employed, a mom or a student, I’m pretty sure you have felt the need of some “me time” at least once so far. If your every day life is pretty busy then you definitely need to give yourself these 15 minutes of time for yourself, relax, recharge and maybe enjoy a special treat.

I used to feel that my workout was the time for a “me moment”, but now I know I was totally wrong! Taking a break from the hectic environment around me with a cup of coffee, nice book and simple indulgent dessert is my way to create the perfect “me moment”. Of course taking a nap would be nice, but I rarely get to do it.

On a recent trip to Walmart, in the yogurt section I discovered these new Muller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts.

The ice cream inspired flavors are: Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Vanilla Bean and Mint Chocolate Chip and they are new. There are many other flavors to choose from, but the ones in the black cups are “ice cream inspired” and they are also new.

I tried most of them, since there was a demo at my local Walmart on Saturday.

My favorite one – Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Each 5.3 oz container is made of 6% milk fat yogurt, has 7g of protein and has less sugar than other yogurts with 190-210 calories. Muller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts have just the right amount of wrong !

Muller® yogurts are creamy, nutritious and very delicious! Definitely a great alternative for ice cream. With their convenient containers, you can easily take them with you to work or school.

These yogurts taste pretty awesome on their own, but I decided to create some cute indulgent Raspberry Yogurt Tiramisu Parfaits. You guys already know of my obsession with tiramisu, but don’t worry, these only take 5 minutes to make and then you can enjoy your “me moment”. Also no raw eggs, fancy ingredients and time to set, you can eat these right away.

All you need for the recipe is: Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt, some espresso or strong brewed coffee, lady fingers cookies (or other cookies of your choice), whipped cream and fresh raspberries, cocoa powder to decorate. Then you dip These mini parfaits turned out really cute, with light texture and perfect combination of flavors – coffee, raspberries, chocolate and cream. They would even make a great, effortless treat for Valentine’s Day.

I even made my yogurt parfaits in plastic cups, so I can easily throw them away and don’t need to worry about washing them.

So when I feel I need some time for myself, I make a quick treat with Muller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts, grab a book (often an e-book on my iPad), sit and relax.
