How to make mini plum tarts with puff pastry?

All you need to do for this Easy Mini Plum Tarts Recipe With Puff Pastry, is thaw the puff pastry, following the directions on the package.

Dust the counter with some flour, unfold the puff pastry and cut each piece (there are 2 in a package) into 9 squares.

Mark another square (see photos, don’t cut through), about 1/2 inch from the outside over the puff pastry, scoring a square border on the inside of the pastry.

Pairing tart fruits with puff pastry

I decided to use plums in this Easy Mini Plum Tarts Recipe With Puff Pastry, because they are slightly tart, feel some kind of seasonal during fall and I also love the bright color they added to the tarts.

How to serve puff pastry tarts?

Perfect for entertaining.

Plumps are not too sweet, this is why I sprinkled a generous amount of sugar over the tarts before baking, this way the dough got sweet and the plum slices got caramelized during baking.

It is unbelievable how easy it is to make impressive treats for your next party, using Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets. Check out their page for more information and inspiration!
