Blueberry Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious, creamy and healthy. 
Blueberries are full of fiber and antioxidants.
I don’t like using ice in this recipe, I prefer frozen blueberries, which gives the drink better texture and it doesn’t water down the drink.
Avocado adds creaminess and richness to the drink, and doesn’t change its flavor.

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp sweetener — (honey, agave nectar, maple syrup or sugar)
  • 1/2 sliced avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk — (can use any milk)


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Drink immediately.
