Blueberry Smoothie |
This smoothie is delicious, creamy and healthy.
Blueberries are full of fiber and antioxidants.
I don’t like using ice in this recipe, I prefer frozen blueberries, which gives the drink better texture and it doesn’t water down the drink.
Avocado adds creaminess and richness to the drink, and doesn’t change its flavor.
Delicious Creamy Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp sweetener, (honey, agave nectar, maple syrup or sugar)
- 1/2 sliced avocado
- 1 cup almond milk, (can use any milk)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Drink immediately.
