Hi guys!

Remember these Orange Candy Apples from yesterday? I’ve decided to include them and some other goodies in a fun BOO Kit for Halloween.

Halloween is around the corner and I’m getting ready for it.

When I used to go to work, my coworkers and I used to exchange BOO Kits around Halloween and also other holiday presents. Now, when I work from home, I kind of miss that tradition. I decided to surprise them and create these fun BOO kits!

Making your own BOO Kit is so simple! All you need is a bag or any container (you are allowed to get as creative as possible!), candy – of course and any other goodies of your choice. For each of my kits – I used candy apples, Halloween stickers, wax cubes with fall scents, a printable card – which you can also download below, chocolate candy and Halloween themed soda cans.

To get the chocolate candy, I went to my local Walmart, where I was pleasantly surprised by their Halloween selection.

They happened to have everything I needed. I got the bags, tissue paper and wax cubes at Walmart, too. I just love shopping there.

Since I love chocolate and MILKY WAY® is one of my all time favorites, I got a large bag of Mars Mixed Minis 52 oz, which you can find in the Halloween or candy aisle. It is a combination of mini MILKY WAY®, 3 MUSKETEERS®, TWIX® AND SNICKERS®.

Having a bag of my favorite chocolate candy in the house  is a little dangerous, I think you would agree?

But I put generous amount in each BOO Kit bag and I still had a lot to snack on and for my trick-or-treaters next month.

While I was at Walmart I saw these cute Canada Dry and Sunkist® Halloween Soda Cans. They are just perfect for a BOO Kit.

  1. These are so cute, Mira. My neighbors and I used to do something similar on Devil’s Night (the night before Halloween) when our kids were younger.

  2. Such fun for coworkers or neighbors! And your recipes are fabulous, I’d love to be your neighbor receiving orange candy apples! #client
