Creamy Spicy Mango, Avocado and Strawberry Smoothie

This creamy spicy mango, avocado and strawberry smoothie is simple to make and can easily substitute a light meal or a filling snack.
Spicy smoothie? The reason for that is that I’m in a diet mood and trying to loose a few pounds makes me eat healthier, drink smoothies and work out almost every day.
This smoothie is is full of healthy fats from the avocado, mangoes contain fiber to improve digestion and strawberries are full of vitamins and antioxidants. Feel free to add other fruits to this smoothie or omit any of the ones I used. I added a pinch of Cayenne pepper on top, since it is very good for your metabolism, but if you don’t like the idea of spiciness, just skip it. I love spicy food, so I use Cayenne pepper often.
I got almond milk for this smoothie, but skim or 2% milk can be used, too. I thought that adding a scoop of protein powder to this smoothie will be a good idea, but did not do it, since it got pretty thick.
