Coconut Pomegranate Martini – delicious drink, made with simple ingredients and perfect for the holidays. This is not a sponsored post, but I did receive the product for free for a review. The post contains affiliate links.

Hi everyone, Happy Friday! How nice ! Let’s start the weekend with an awesome, very simple to make drink – coconut pomegranate martini. Drinking your coconut water in a cocktail is a wonderful idea!

And this martini is perfect for the holidays, since I used pomegranate and cranberry juices in it. It is light, not sweet at all and very refreshing.

I recently got the opportunity to receive and try Cocozia Organic Coconut Water.

It is 100% Organic Coconut Water, No Pulp, No Sugar Added, No Preservatives, Not From Concentrate, pack of 12 (11.1 oz each). The price is $24.99 at the time of this post. Each container comes with a cute expandable straw, too. It was shipped through Amazon and took a while to arrive, since I’m not an Amazon Prime member any more and I usually have to order over $35 to get free shipping. If you are a Prime member, your water will arrive sooner.

I’ll be honest, I’m not a huge fan of coconut water but I’ve tried many brands, hoping to like at least some of them. No success so far, until I got a chance to try Cocozia. What I liked in it was the fresh and light taste and that it is organic, gluten free, vegan and non GMO verified. Unlike some other brands, that have huge chunks of pulp and even taste spoiled, this one tastes awesome. I do suggest that you serve it chilled. It makes a wonderful during and post workout drink. It keeps you hydrated and it really is worth trying. If you’ve tried other brands, most of you will be able to tell a difference. This brand did change my opinion on coconut water and now I know that I can drink it without a problem. Still a little hesitant to trying other brands, because I just don’t know how they are going to taste.
My husband even made two different kinds of green smoothies with it (more on the juice like side) that were delicious. I just thought that sharing a martini with coconut water is more appropriate for the coming Christmas and NYE.

If for decide to try the water, you can find it here.

thanks Kelly!
Such a pretty drink…sounds delicious!

I haven’t been a huge fan of coconut water in the past either, but need something to fill the gap in my smoothies. I’m going to have to check out the Cocozia brand to fill this gap. However, I would love to see Cocozia sponsor your post as well. More than just a free product here (which is lovely, especially if it arrives in dry ice) .Your food posts are chock full of creativity and novelty, somewhat rare these days in the food blogging world.
I’m also not a huge coconut water drinker either. Thanks for the love Laura, glad you like my posts 🙂 ! It is really hard to get sponsored post if you don’t have a lot of likes and follows on SM 🙁
Mira!! This is gorgeous! Martinis can be so tough to shoot but you nailed it.. so light and airy and vibrant all at once! I’m totally adding this to my cocktail photography Pinterest board 😀
Thanks for pinning Cheryl!!! Glad you like the pic! Anything with liquid could be very hard for me to photograph 🙂
I’m loving this coconut pomegranate martini, Mira! What a creative combination! I’m not a huge fan of coconut water either, but I do like Cocozia’s drink! This looks so light and refreshing. And your pictures are gorgeous, too! Pinned!
Thanks for pinning Gayle!
Love this post, Mira! One can never have too many cocktail recipes. This looks so refreshing and light; the color is lovely. Like you and your husband, I’ve had coconut water in green smoothies, but I got it straight from a young coconut and man was that thing hard to get into (have you ever tried that)?! It took me forever! I think Cocozia will be much easier to get into! I’ll have to give it a try, especially since I neeeed to make this cocktail! I pinned this one to my most followed board: Adult Beverages! Thank you Mira! Hope your weekend is restful.
Hey Traci, thanks so much for pinning 🙂 I’ve tried water from young coconut, it is terrible to get into! My dad uses a drill for that , it is a little easier:) Yeah, Cocozia is much easier to get into 🙂 Have a lovely weekend!!!
It took me a while to get used to the taste of coconut water, but i like it now. This martini looks delicious and very festive. I can’t wait try it!
