On my recent trip to Walmart, I saw the new WHOLLY SIMPLY AVOCADOâ„¢ Dips and decided to try them. (Available in the coolers by the Deli Department). They come in two flavors – Sea Salt and Garlic Herb.

These dips are the ultimate ingredient for anytime of day or occasion! WHOLLY® Avocado’s SIMPLY AVOCADO™ is a pure, wholesome avocado dip and spread with minimal flavor enhancing ingredients.

It is all about the convenience of a fresh avocado without all the fuss.

 

I made some Avocado Filo Cups with the SIMPLY AVOCADO™ Sea Salt, mini filo shells and topped some of them with crumbled feta cheese, pomegranate seeds and chopped tomatoes.

I had them for a snack throughout the day and they taste amazing! The combination of a crunchy shell, creamy avocado and fun topping is perfect.

I’ll be making these Avocado Filo Cups for an appetizer on Christmas Day and for our NYE party! I love the fact that you can make them in 5 minutes!

Avocado Filo Cups

Avocado Filo Cups - quick and easy to make snack, which is also great for a party appetizer. Made with two simple ingredients -  store bought mini filo dough cups and SIMPLY AVOCADOâ„¢ Sea Salt, plus topping, that is totally optional. Ingredients 

  • 24 mini filo shells
  • 1 container WHOLLY® SIMPLY AVOCADOâ„¢ Dip Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Instructions 

  • Open filo shells package and transfer to a platter. Fill each one with about 1 tbsp WHOLLY® SIMPLY AVOCADOâ„¢ Dip Sea Salt. Top with toppings of your choice - I used all three - fest, pomegranate seeds and chopped tomatoes. Enjoy!

  1. How cute are these mini cups?! I love their guacamole but haven’t tried that dip yet. Looks like I could eat it with a spoon! These are just perfect for the holidays. I think I would eat them all and not share, either! 🙂 Pinned!
