I decided to share with you some recipes using cauliflower.
Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables and I cook with it all the time. Cauliflower is considered one of the world’s healthiest foods and it is rich in vitamins C, K and B6, dietary fiber and omega 3 fatty acids.
Too bad, I haven’t been eating a lot of cauliflower lately. This needs to change!
