  1. This is one beautiful stack of pancakes, Mira, and I love that they’re whole wheat! You can’t beat the peanut butter banana combination — these look amazing!

  2. I’m always looking for a whole wheat pancake recipe that my husband will not totally reject. This looks like a great contender! They are so fluffy. And I love nothing more than PB with my pancakes!

  3. Wow Mira these pancakes look fabulous! My kids love pancakes and peanut butter so I am definitely making these for them this weekend. By the way, these are one of your best photos, great styling and perfect light. All the best for the New Year, I am looking forward to seeing what you will post in your blog in 2016!

  4. Thought I’d leave a review of actually MAKING these! Lol Very good! But wow are they dense and filling, my [large] hub could only eat one [large] p-cake. I used natural PB, and followed everything exact except for adding a teaspoon of vanilla, using coconut milk, and thinning it out with a tiny bit more milk as suggested. I’ll definitely make these again, and the blender method is genius. I think I’ll make it more gluttonous and cook in butter next time, add that touch of crispy edge that only sinful fat can provide. Otherwise, topped with banana and real maple syrup, these are fantastic! So glad I found it, thank you!
