A great idea for a healthy snack or meal, this smoothie has less than 5 easy to find ingredients. Rich in vitamin C and fiber, it only takes around 5 minutes to make. Here is what you’ll need:
- 1 banana cut into pieces
- 6 strawberries cut in halves
- 1 kiwi
- 1 cup milk
- Place banana, strawberries, kiwi and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
