Snack Pack Easter Nest Pudding Cups

Easter is one of my favorite holidays. I always get very excited with preparations for Easter brunch, coloring eggs and of course creating fun and easy crafts.

On my last trip to Walmart (one of my favorite places to shop) I saw these Super Snack Packs  6 pack (bigger than the regular snack packs) in the snacks isle, by the dried fruit and crackers and I decided to get some. Certain Walmart stores have a Special Display featuring Super Snack Packs and mixin ideas for Easter.

They have new, easy to open lids, which is great! One snack pack contains the same amount of calcium as an 8 oz glass of milk.

I knew these will make an awesome treat for our Easter gathering. And while I still have no kids, there are plenty of little ones around me – most of my friends and cousins have children.

I always like to make fun and easy crafts for our Easter parties. I usually make cookies, wrap them nicely and place them in a box in a box or give mini baskets with colored eggs.

This year I’ll be doing something different – use the so popular Snack Pack puddings and turn them into fun Easter treats.

These playful desserts are extremely easy to make. I mixed the pudding with some mini Nilla Wafers, to make them even more filling. Then I toasted some sweetened coconut and added it on top.

To make them look more like nests, I added 3 chocolate Easter eggs on top of each pudding cup, then decorated with Reddi wip, and some Nilla Wafer crumbs.

And since these are for Easter, I placed colorful Easter stickers (bunny, basket and egg) on each pudding container.

I got the stickers at my local crafts store. At times just a simple sticker is all you need, if you are short on time and can’t come up with a decorating idea.

Head over to your local Walmart and get some Snack Packs to create your own awesome Easer Treats.
